Biography

I am qualified in healthcare and strategic HR, specialising in learning and development with a comprehensive understanding of leadership behaviours and their impact on interpersonal relationships and group dynamics. Gifted trainer and organisational development practitioner with extensive experience in face to face, blended, and e-learning design, facilitation, assessment, and evaluation.

I am also an accomplished assessor and verifier of work-based competency. Professionally trained coach with a natural ability to deliver honest and constructive 121 feedback in order to help unlock people’s potential. Flexible, yet analytical, approach to setting leadership goals and assessing individual and team performance. Personally demonstrable, values-based standards of integrity, responsibility and accountability with a superb record of success.
