Paul Mannings

Part-Time Academic Staff

I am an experienced construction professional, operating at board level, having led teams on a number of high profile schemes across the UK. Projects range from an Olympic-standard sports complex to a £350m retail centre; a £750m infrastructure regeneration scheme; and industrial buildings.

Biography

I have been the lead on projects during my career on both operational and commercial matters.

My skill sets include leadership, commercial acumen, technical expertise and the ability to innovate creative solutions to problems.

I bring this experience and knowledge to my students in a way that allows them to fully understand the complexities of construction project management, to challenge the status quo and to seek new ways of delivery in this rapidly changing industry.
