As a midwife I have worked in a number of clinical and educational roles throughout my career. I am an experienced leader in both practice and higher education environments. I have a particular interests in widening participation, access and supporting transitions through higher education, and working with students as partners to enhance the experience of higher education. In previous roles, I have successfully led teams through collaborative curriculum design, development, approval and delivery of direct entry, blended and apprenticeship programmes, ensuring PSRB compliance and high quality outcomes across pre and post registration programmes of study.
