I joined the University in 2022 having enjoyed a varied career in the NHS that has included community work, stroke rehab, learning disabilities and most recently specialising in musculoskeletal physiotherapy with a special interest in acupuncture.
I particularly enjoyed supporting our junior staff and students on rotation/placement, therefore teaching has been a logical progression.
I teach predominantly on the Pre-Registration MSc Physiotherapy course, in musculoskeletal practice and I run the student-led Physiotherapy Clinic. I also teach in BSc modules including MSK and research-related modules.
