Teaching & Research

Research

Broadly, my research is focused on engaging hospitality employees with pro-environmental behaviours. I am looking to develop deeper understanding of the mechanics of practice change, and whether it can trigger a shift in normative behaviours. More specifically, I’m examining levers that can be pressed to achieve a reduction in food waste generated by the luxury hospitality industry.
