Biography

Chris is an experienced sports broadcaster with more than 20 years in the television industry. He’s worked pitchside reporter for Amazon Prime Video on their Premier League coverage and regularly works for TNT Sport as well as Middle East based BeIn Sports. He covered the 2018 World Cup in Russia for FIFA, Euro 2020 and 2024 for UEFA and every summer Olympics since London 2012. He can currently be heard voicing the highlights of the English Football League on ITV.

Chris has a wealth of experience as a live studio presenter, he hosted the Premier League’s international channel for 8 seasons, broadcasting to 212 countries around the globe. Chris has been involved in several TV channel launches and is used to developing formats and content. He also has experience in training presenters and journalists.

Chris has started to work in longer form content and produced a three-part documentary on the former Olympic High Jump Champion Mutaz Barshim. He also has experience of producing video for socials for Paralympics GB.

I class myself as a very hands-on Lecturer, bringing my experience of nearly two decades in TV broadcasting to the classroom.

I’m a regular freelance working for the likes of IMG, FIFA, UEFA and BT Sport.
