As a sound artist, designer and engineer, I have had the pleasure of working across a breadth of disciplines from events, festivals and installations to music production, film production and commercial advertising

Biography

Currently, Tom is working on a project aiming to expand accessibility provisions in the festival and wider events sector through the use of immersive technologies.

Tom is a seasoned Creative Technologist, blending eight years of hands-on experience and research in immersive technology with keen expertise in audio and event production. His academic research into modern game engines and hybrid event technology underpins his nuanced approach to creating interactive and engaging virtual environments. Externally, Tom’s career traverses the live events industry and extends into installation works, sound design, mixing, and editing in film, TV, and commercial video.
