Before joining the UoG Primary team, I taught full time for 17 years in various age groups, including mixed age classes, in Gloucestershire primary schools after graduating from the UoG in 2000. Whilst teaching Reception classes, I studied part time at the UoG and, in 2006, I completed a Masters in Early Years Education. I have always loved teaching and feel so lucky to now teach future teachers how to instil a love for learning and develop enquiring minds, especially with our youngest children.
I teach maths, music and professional studies on our Primary Education courses.
