Teaching & Research

Teaching

I teach and lead across a range of modules focusing on the fundamentals of ecology and ecological interactions, monitoring and management of species and habitats, wildlife conservation and ecological fieldwork.

Research

I have a broad range of interests, with my research primarily focusing on non-invasive and technology-based methods for ecological surveying and monitoring. I have a particular interest in bioacoustics, including testing and optimising passive acoustic monitoring techniques, and acoustic data analysis workflows.
