We understand that it can sometimes be difficult to work out what your qualifications match with in the UK education system, so the following country-specific information should help you decide which level of study is most appropriate for you.
Successful completion of National Diploma / Ordinary National Diploma or
Completion of a recognised foundation course
Minimum of SSCE Pass in Mathematics
Minimum of SSCE Credit in English Language
Students who have completed the first year of a Bachelors degree in Nigeria.
Bachelors degree with a minimum of a second class
Minimum of SSCE Credit in English Language
MRes applicants must have successfully completed a 3 or 4 year Bachelors degree with a minimum GPA 3.0, or with a minimum of a second class.Minimum of SSCE Credit in English Language or equivalent. For Doctorate and PhD admission, applicants must have successfully completed a master’s degree with a good grade in a related subject field or hold relevant work experience. In addition some programmes may require work experience and/or a strong portfolio of work. Applicants are expected to submit a research proposal.

WAEC or NECO with minimum 3 relevant subjects at C and 2 at D grade (CCCDD) – with a minimum grade C in Maths
Covid 19 changes: As WAEC/NECO results may not happen (also 2021), or may be delayed, can accept on:
a. Grade evaluation based on high school transcripts Year 10, 11 and term 1 of Year 12.
b. Proof of High School Completion.
• Evidenced by high school transcripts (years 10, 11 and term 1 of year 12);
• Evidenced by a letter from their high school stating that all course work required for graduation has been completed
