Joining

To join the University of Gloucestershire Library as a SCONUL Access member please complete this form.  

We aim to process applications within five working days, and you’ll be notified by email once your ID card is ready to collect.

Borrow and renew

If you have borrowing rights (Bands A, B or C) you can borrow 5 books.
Your books will automatically renew unless they are requested by another user.

Library catalogue

You can view the library catalogue, journal abstracts or any free-to-view articles by using the Discovery
service. If you require full text access you will need to log on to your home university’s website.

Opening times

Access to book stock and self-service facilities is 24/7 (excl Xmas Vacations)
Access to PCs is 24/7 365
ID card is required for turnstiles and door access
Student Centres, IT and Libraries open for enquiries: 10am – 4pm Monday – Friday term time
