Illustration & Architecture Studios

These open-plan studios offer a bespoke space for each student to develop their individual style. We’re expanding the studios for the launch of our brand-new Architecture, Construction & Environment subject community.

• Illustration studios – combing modern workshop spaces with traditional print rooms, the studios feature Mac suites, a risograph stencil printer, letterpress, silkscreen printer plus bookbinding facilities. Each student is offered their own workspace in the studio, that they use for the duration of their degree and make their own. This creates a bustling and authentic creative studio environment where collaboration is encouraged, and past students’ drawings and artwork cover the walls. Publish your own work under the university’s own imprint Pittville Press.
• Architecture & construction studios – these top-floor studios offer panoramic views of Cheltenham and the surrounding Cotswold Hills. Explore, collaborate and design alongside classmates in open-plan spaces with access to 3D printers, BIM (Building Information Modelling) software, modelling workshops and digital suites
