Graduation

Logging into Student Records Online – further guidance

Last updated: 8 August 2024

Graduates wishing to attend the University of Gloucestershire graduation ceremonies in November 2024 need to book their place and any guest tickets through Student Records Online.

From 13 June 2024 at 11am until after the ceremonies you will be able to access this at studentrecords.glos.ac.uk

We know that many students studying with partner colleges will not have used or logged into this system before, but you will have been granted access in order to reserve your place at the ceremonies and book any guest tickets. Please note this is not an email account and you will not require a University email account to be able to book your tickets or receive information about the ceremonies.

In order to be able to log in, you will need your University of Gloucestershire student number, which is also your University username. This 7-digit number which is normally shown starting with an ‘s’.  If you have received an email from us telling you that booking has opened, then this number will be at the top, or your college may be able to provide this.

Your password will initially be set to the word Student and then your date of birth in the format DDMMYYYY, for example StudentDDMMYYYY (this is now your old password).

Once you have accessed the system you will then be asked to change your password and answer a couple of questions.

If you need to reset your password or unlock your account at any time this can be done via pwportal.glos.ac.uk
