Audience: Suitable for Year 10 students
Year 10 students are invited to an exciting day of fitness testing at our sports arena, designed to bring the GCSE PE curriculum to life!
This unique event gives students the chance to step out of the classroom and experience fitness testing using cutting-edge technology and expert guidance from our academics.
Throughout the day, students will take part in a variety of fitness tests, including the beep test, vertical jump, grip strength, and more. These assessments will not only provide valuable insights into individual fitness levels, but also help students see how the skills and knowledge they’re learning in the classroom directly apply to the world of sports science and health.
It’s a day full of learning, fun, and discovery, giving students the chance to push themselves, and explore how their studies are used in real-world applications.
