Quattro

Quattro Design Architects is a RIBA-chartered architectural practice with over 40 years of history. While its head office is in Gloucester, it also has offices in London and Cardiff. Its services include Building Information Modelling (BIM), feasibility studies and low-carbon design.

Some of its recent awards include Best Small Social Housing Development in the LABC Awards for the Margaret Stancomb project, the Integration and Collaborative Working Award in the National Constructing Excellence Awards for Shire Hall and the Stirling Gold Award for the Amber Wood Care Home.

Our relationship with Quattro began significantly with its design for the studio and other spaces in which the BA (Hons) Architecture course resides. Since then, we have benefitted from Quattro’s continued support.

Its staff bring valuable industry knowledge by teaching on the course, reviewing student work and leading behind-the-scenes visits to its Gloucester office and local projects. At the same time, it has provided work experience for our students, through internships or longer-term employment.

We are also grateful for its promotion of the course and facilitation of the students’ networking, by participating in our industry events and sponsoring student prizes.
